46&Vine is the epitome of Central Coast sunshine fresh air and straight forward, honest winemaking. Born in the beautiful rolling hills this wine is made using our traditional winemaking methods, including a 48 hour cold soak, whole berry, open top fermentation, but with less emphasis on oak, which allows for truer varietal expression. The blend is 45% Petite Sirah, 30% Syrah and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was designed to complement a wide range of cuisine with unmasked varietal components. Blended for balanced of tannin and acidity, this wine showcases rich flavors of blackberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and chocolate with hints of cedar and toasted vanilla bean.
